I saw this tip on myproana.com. It's actually really interesting but I don't think it's new. It's just basically writing what you would eat if you were to binge. She said that she didn't feel that hungry anymore. Hmmm. Maybe I should do that right now. I'm pretty hungry, but not to the point where I can't control myself.
What I would eat in a binge:
4 eggs - 280
2 slices of bread - 180
an apple - 100
2 bowls of cereal - 260
milk - 260
chips - 300
cheese - 400
Total:
Around 1780 cals O.O
Wow that worked. I don't really feel hungry anymore. O.o
